whiny, oh so whiny

I'm having an owie day today. My shoulder aches pretty much every time I move my arm and if I move injudiciously it is really sore. Not OMG!PAIN hurts, on the bright side, but still, owie! Six months to a year, I was told, and it's been ten months. At this point I'm wondering if it will ever really stop hurting all the way. On the plus side, I do have full range of motion, so it's just pain, not actual impediment.

I hope that the arm/shoulder resolves all its issues well before the year mark - even if that is just two months away. In the meantime, hurray for having a full range of motion!

I don't have health insurance, so I couldn't afford to do the physical therapy that the doc would undoubtedly recommend.
