It's a beautiful, clear and breezy night. The full moon is shining down into my living room like a cold, white sun. It's so bright even my dinky little camera can get some sort of picture.

This must be the explanation for the kids at work today. They were acting suspiciously crazy and violent, like very small werewolves, claws included. At least we were able to take them outside a lot this week. I'm not sure I would have survived, sanity intact, otherwise.

It's raining cats and dogs here! Glad you have a nice view of the moon.

Werewolf cubs! I hope the moon wanes sufficiently over the weekend to have them back in reasonably human form by Monday.

The photo is quite attractive by the way.

I think the only thing that will return these werepups to human form is a long weekend of down time. I don't think most of their parents realize that their kids are doing the equivalent of 45-50 hour work weeks at school, so they take them home and then run them all over creation on the weekend. They come back Monday more tired than when they left Friday!

Wonderful picture - and I really liked the poem on FB, too.

I hope the kids are at least slightly human next week.

The poem from FB is a song by Laurie Berkner. (http://www.lyricsvip.com/Laurie-Berkner/Moon-Moon-Moon-Lyrics.html) I've had this song stuck in my head for about three years now, and I finally had a chance to get it stuck in one or two other heads. :)

Nice photo! The moon was lovely here the past two nights. Wish I could've seen the northern lights, but didn't. Oh well.

I don't miss working with children, especially on full moons! They were absolutey insane! Hope they're all good little angels for you on Monday.
=D

Luckily, I don't have the kiddoes till Tuesday, since Monday is an inservice day. By then, the worst effects of the full moon should have faded.

My Gram worked for GA Mental Health for over 30 years, she confirms that their case load always peaked big time at the full moon. Starts young, I guess!

It's hard to tell if it's coincidence or not, because the kids tend to be a little crazy all the time. The price you pay for being two, I suppose. But they were definitely extra crazy the past day or so, lol.
