I've become absolutely obsessed with getting these boots done. I started attaching the leg to the foot last night but something went wrong. Now I have to take it off and start that part over. It's all good, though, I know what I need to do, sort of.

I finished up with Buffy season two on Sunday and borrowed Season three yesterday. Must shamefully admit that I watched about eight episodes yesterday evening. It's hard to stop once I start.

Oh wow! You know I'm a total sucker for angsty, tortured guys. Well, you don't get much more tortured than Angel after he returns from the demon plane. I was happy to see him. I was afraid he was going to spend the entire season as a sort of Harvey in Buffy's head, only showing up in her dreams.

The last episode I watched last night was the one where Spike came back and I was reminded of how much I love Spike, also. Drunk!Spike is so much fun. "...and so she said, 'fine,' so I said, 'fine,'" he blubbers onto the shoulder of anyone who'll listen. But he was the only one who was able to get through to Buffy that continuing to hang out with Angel was a bad idea. He may be a soulless vampire, but he can still give lessons on love.

Oh yeah, season three is good. It's like TV crack!

lol, I think I watched about 8 episodes last night too. Maybe seven. But then I watched the special features too.

What do you think of the Mayor?

I loved Spike commisserating with Buffy's mom. And, "Oh, your friends are at the factory."

"What, you think I'd be stupid enough to hide them at the factory?" *several hours later* "Sod this, your friends are at the factory."

*snicker* Ya gotta love that wacky Spike.

And that whole Spike and Angel dynamic. They're like a couple of ten year olds. I was waiting for Spike to stick his fingers in his ears and go "na na na na na na."

The mayor is ... interesting. I'm not sure I've embraced him yet, but I'm sure I'll get there eventually.

Man, wait until you get to Angel Season 5... that's all I'm going to say about that.

I love the Mayor. I love that he can be so wholesome and so entirely evil. Oh, and "Band Candy" -- eeee! Giles as rebel!!!! Squeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!

And Faith. She kicks major ass. I love Faith.

Boy is that true! I've had Buffy on the mind all day and it's bad, bad, bad because I need to be thinking Merry!angst now. I've promised Anso and I need to focus. Go away, Buffy. Stop looking so tortured, Angel. I can't play with you right now.

*sighs and reluctantly puts Buffy DVDs away*
