I has a Gallifreyan pocket watch!

So I found this pocket watch at Goodwill a while ago. Really ugly sucker. Silver with some sort of concert tour name engraved in black on the front. Open it up and yikes! Red and black face, 'Bob Dylan and his band, in person' written all over it. Close it. Close it fast!

Fast forward to last weekend when I was up at eve11's place. I used some Bondo to fill in the engraving on the front and then painted the whole thing copper. Today I pulled it out and put some Gallifreyan text on it, and it's done!

Brilliant fob watch!!! Would it be super cool or just stupid if you attached one of those recording chips from a musical birthday card that you can record your own message on to the back of the watch and recorded some echo-ey sounding Timelord-style utterances (like the kid from Love Actually heard when he picked up Ten's watch in Human Nature or the Professor in Utopia) that you could then play at random moments when people walked by?
