The Wedding of River Song
Oct. 1st, 2011 06:11 pmI'm not going to post any spoilery thoughts or anything at the moment. Just wanted to say I really liked this episode, really a lot. Which, since I always seem to be out of sync with other Who fans, probably means everyone else hated it. But I don't care. I liked it.
I'll post actual thoughts later.
Note: Spoilers in comments.

Date: 2011-10-02 12:31 pm (UTC)What I meant was that I didn't think of that as a possible way out for the Doctor while I was worrying for the past many weeks what was going to happen. Someone even mentioned after Let's Kill Hitler that maybe it was the Tesselacter (sp?) on the beach and I just thought that was out because Moffat said in an interview that it really was the Doctor and he really was dead. Guess the Doctor isn't the only one who lies.
I liked it when Amy told Mme Kovarian that River "didn't get it all from you". But the best was when she and Rory were following after River and the Doctor and she said "We should get a drink sometime...and get married." And Rory (I can't believe they tried to kill him AGAIN!) being Rory, even in an alternate timeline without memories of their life together, just goes along with whatever she says.
