Checked out Construction Junction this morning. Lots of storage solutions if I'm able to be flexible and creative about repurposing things. Not my strong suit, but [livejournal.com profile] lyda_pearl has a good eye and is able to see the potential in things. So we may be able to get all of our storage needs taken care of without having to go off and spend exorbitant amounts of money at furniture stores!

I don't know exactly what you need but if that doesn't work out you might try IKEA as they have relatively inexpensive shelves etc.

IKEA is on the list if I can't find what I need eventually at CJ, but I'm hoping not to have to go that route, since it's a lot more money for furniture that I still won't like very much.

Thanks. At least I have a few weeks before I really need to start buying things, in which to dread having to buy things, lol.

Well, LP is, and I hope to learn from her ability to see what can be made from what looks like junk to me.
