Fun!

I ordered a Laughing Moon pattern for an underbust corset and it shipped this morning. Can't wait to get it and figure out what materials I still need to gather for it. I already have the outer fabric and a ton of boning left over from the Elizabethan corset I did a couple of years ago.

This is the best stage of a costuming project, when I'm all excited about it, getting to buy all sorts of stuff, and haven't got to that miserable 'how do I make this actually work' stage yet.

Have fun! As I'm sure I've mentioned before, the very word, "corset," makes me want to run away screaming, but if you can have fun making it and wearing the costume somewhere, more power to you!
