Cats are good. I had a crap day, came home in a spinning tizzy of frustrated annoyance and irritation, but Mal and Zoe have both been intermittently snuggling with me. And since Zoe almost never snuggles, it's been especially soothing. I need to hang out downstairs more often, I guess. Neither of them likes sitting on my lap when I'm at my desk - just not very cozy - but when I'm stretched out on the sofa one or another of them is almost always just beside me, or sitting on my lap. It's a good thing.

Well, happily, the crap portion of the day is over and now I'm enjoying the happy 'welcome to the weekend' part of the day. :)

Life is better on the weekends, so I guess having weekends makes life better, in general. I wouldn't want to think about life without weekends, really.

I think cats are pretty sesitive to your moods. I often find they come to cuddle if I am upset or not feeling well.

Tookie used to seem especially sensitive to when I was stressed or not feeling well. Mal and (to a much lesser degree) Zoe just love to snuggle up, it seems. This makes me happy.
