It is a continual mystery to me, how I can be so exhausted I feel nauseated most of the afternoon, and yet at 11pm I feel wide awake with no desire to go to bed. Did I mention that I have to get up at six tomorrow? Yeah, thanks a lot, Brain.

Wish I had a fix to suggest for you but I don't think I do.
Do you indulge in caffiene at any point in the day?

I do drink caffeine and I know that's part of it, but even on days when I don't have any caffeinated beverages at all, I still have a tendency to catch a second wind and become wide awake late in the evening.

You are a Night Owl. No two ways about it! Also definitely my sister! They had to put a special cap on my head during surgery to monitor my brain, because the last two times I had surgery I surfaced midway through and they didn't want me waking up this time. My brain just won't stay turned off.
