And here it is, Monday again.

eve11's Halloween party on Saturday was as awesome as it always is. Great food, lots of people, cool costumes. Of course, I left my camera at work on Thursday and was sick on Friday, so I don't really have any pictures, which is a bit disappointing, but oh well. LP took a few before things got really hopping, so I'll see if I can post them in a day or two.

Yesterday was delightfully quiet, just me, the cats, and my computer. Mal has finally, after five months of whining, realized that I'm not going to spend most of my time hanging out downstairs on the comfy sofa. I will instead be spending most of my time in my cramped little desk chair, since that's the chair by my computer. He's rolling with it now, though, and spent most of the weekend perched awkwardly on my lap, alternately giving me intense stares and snuggling down to nuzzle the inside of my elbow. What a silly boy he is.

He is a pretty sweet guy. Of course, he also won't let me trim his claws, so my legs are a bit scratched up from his attentions.

I think LP is the only one who got pics of us in our costumes! I hope they came out; I am curious to see what mine looked like as I was too busy to really look over everything.

Yes, this is a good thing to learn. Unfortunately, the other thing we're learning is that my little folding chair isn't really big enough for me and Mal at the same time, so his cuddling is a bit awkward.
