More flooding

auntiemeeshLuckily, not at my place, though. My boss just called to say the basement at work (which is where my toddler room is) got a bit flooded and smells very bad. The building manager/maintenance guy is working to get the water out and clean the carpets, but tomorrow may be a cleaning day for staff, if it's too bad for the kids to come in. I wish they'd just close the center, or even just the infant/toddler program. The preschool is on the first floor and unaffected by the flooding. So far.
The rain seems to have stopped. If there's no more heavy rain, there should be no more flooding and things should be fine. That's a lot of 'shoulds', however.
