(no subject)

So tired I can barely stand it. I almost fell asleep while putting kids to sleep at naptime. This has never happened before in the nine years I've been doing daycare. The only thing that saved me was a wave of sudden and intense nausea. Don't know where that came from, but as soon as I was good and awake it went away again. I won't look a gift...something...in the mouth, though. I got up and walked away from the non-sleeping child I was sitting with. I can only take so much.

With any luck I should at least be able to leave work a little early today. I had to come in an hour early, which doesn't necessarily mean leaving an hour early, but I'm gonna do my best.

Time to go put my head down somewhere.

ay ay ay, I hope I didn't pass on to you whatever I had last night. That involved some serious willpower on the drive home, followed by immediate collapse into bed with no lights on and a damp towel over my eyes until I mercifully fell asleep...

Thanks, I appreciate the hugs. I'm still tired today but not nearly as much as yesterday. There seems to be an 'exhaustion' bug going around. Several people I know have had the same problem. One day of total tired yuckiness.
