There is new Who out and I have not watched it yet. This earns a sad face. Depending on how things go, I might not get to watch it till maybe Thursday night, at the hotel. I do hope to have seen it before hanging out with all the Doctor Who people on Friday.

Progress report: Not as much as I should have got done is done. Today was a lot of mental effort as I figured out how to alter the coat pattern. However, I do have the paper pattern pieces all cut out and ready to go. Keep your fingers crossed that they all fit together the way they should. Now I'm ironing the fabric, but that's as far as I'll get tonight. I'll have to save the cutting of fabric for tomorrow.

Yeah I can basically cut/paste this status as mine. Bodice is mostly done, waiting on a few buttons to dry (I needed another 16 or so, luckily I had extras but had to hole-punch and paint them). Everything else is head-scratching. especially the skirt. That is the last big fabric-y thing to do and I'm kind of like ? on it. I might try some things out with muslin. It really shouldn't be a difficult pattern. Not looking forward to all the edging for the skirt and cape for mine. That might be "do at DragonCon" stuff.

Me too! I at least got all the ironing done last night. Six yards of thick taffeta, not the fastest ironing ever.

I haven't seen it either. I hope to see it tomorrow but that isn't a certainty so I might be waiting till next week at this time. *sigh*
