I was lucky enough to catch an amazing sunset yesterday.

Looking west to the actual sunset:

The sky to the east kept getting more and more intense as I walked home, with all the pinks and purples in it. I think I took five pictures because I'd take one, walk a minute or two, and then have to stop again because the color had intensified so much.

Not to be left out, Zoe would like you to know she is a cat.

"Cat I am"

Nice sunset pics--when I was driving on the Expressway yesterday to get Becca at the airport the sky had this unusual (at least to me) thing going on. The sun was on its way down although not near the horizon yet and there were lots of clouds. One in particular was pretty much directly to the left of the sun and on the other side of the cloud was a spot that was multicolored like a rainbow but it was not the right shape. Never saw anything like that before but I couldn't stop in the traffic to get a pic.
